Andy has extensive experience in project management as well as being the principal contractor on some projects.
Andy was the both Principal Contractor and Project Manager on this beautiful bespoke house in 2017-2018 ensuring that the design by 2020 architects could become a finished reality. Completion of this project required continual collaboration with 2020architects, and the many other specialist suppliers and contractors.
Another commercial client which Andy was both main contractor and project manager is Norbev when they recently expanded by creating an additional warehouse. This involved ensuring all the necessary statutory approvals and permissions were obtained, as well as engaging and co-ordinating all specialist contractors for demolition and asbestos removal, steel fabrication, floor construction, fitting out etc.
